The property conveniently sits on Highway 729, a five minute walk from Lake O' The Pines with easy access to the Johnson Creek Boat Ramp. Owner pays for water and electric. No smoking allowed inside of the cabin. No more than two vehicles permitted to park on site. Lease options include six month, nine month, or twelve month. Approval is based on background screening that includes criminal history, income, and credit history.
