No pets are allowed, and a $500 penalty per stay will be applied if pets are brought to the unit. Check-in time is at 3 PM, and check-out time is at 10 AM. The townhome is designed for a maximum of 10 guests, and a fee of $100 will be applied for any extra guests not mentioned in communications and the rental agreement. Parking is available, but notify us in advance if you require parking arrangements. Please park in designated areas only and follow any specified parking instructions. The main door does not automatically lock upon closing, so ensure it is fully closed and locked when leaving the townhome and during nighttime for your safety. Use the double lock when inside.
