Hello, I have a spacious room available for rent with move in available immediately. The room is located on the second floor of a 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom house. The room can be furnished with a king bed and side table or unfurnished. The king bed can be seen in the first pic for reference regarding room size. The room has a large closet as well. You would share the upstairs/downstairs bathroom with 2 other male individuals. The house has a full kitchen, dining room, reading room, downstairs living room, and an upstairs living room. The downstairs living room has a 75 inch TV. The house also comes with a washing machine and dryer located upstairs. We also have a large shaded backyard area to hang out in. I'm looking for a clean, quiet individual. This is a non smoking house. Unfortunately we can't have any pets in the house. The two other housemates and I all work from home, but the room is large enough for you to fit a desk and work area if you work from home as well. Monthly rent is $800. Utilities are usually around $100 per person in the summer but decrease to around $75 in the winter + $25 for Google Fiber internet. We also hire a monthly cleaner which comes out to an additional $50-$60 per person. A background check is required, but I will take the cost out of the first month's rent.
