We are renting a 1-bedroom apartment on the first floor of our house. It has been fully renovated. Everything in the apartment is brand new including the bathroom, the kitchen, the new appliances, and the AC units. 30 minutes from Midtown Manhattan, the apartment has a shared entrance and a shared back yard. Utilities are included so long as the renter is reasonable. We are looking for three months up front: first month, last month, and a security deposit. We are running background checks on all applicants, which is the only application fee. We are looking for a one year lease, with the option for longer or a renewal. No Smoking allowed. No Pets allowed. No loud music after 10 pm. We can schedule viewings weekdays after 6 pm.
