It has hardwood laminate flooring (except for tile in the bathroom and recently installed carpeting in the bedrooms). We recently installed a new bathtub and new toilet along with a new tile shower surround and new tile bathroom flooring. We recently remodeled the small kitchen with new counter tile. This apartment has a pantry closet, a coat closet and a linen closet. You get one carport spot and one assigned uncovered spot plus there's a storage shed on your private patio. The security deposit is $900, and we don't take "last month's rent" when you move in. There is a laundry room. We welcome one or two neutered cats. We will accept one small or medium sized ADULT neutered dog of most non-aggressive, non-baying breeds for an additional $50/month. Non-smokers only, please, and renter's insurance is required. This is a month-to-month rental, but we hope you'll want to make this your home. The seventh month's rent is free rent; you pay nothing for your 7th month. We guarantee not to raise your rent for at least a year and probably for a lot longer than that. We pay water, garbage and sewer. This is a non-smoking complex and we require renter's insurance.
