This is a 2/2 with bonus room mobile home. The bonus room was my daughter's bedroom and can be used as a bedroom but does not have a closet. The home is located in a mobile home park. The park is quiet and friendly. I lived in the park for 2 years as a single mom with my daughter. This is a great starter home. I will be present for finalizing the sale. At the time of sale, the title will be signed over to you. Title is free and clear. You will have to go to the Duval County Tax Collector's office to get the title transferred into your name. The park does have lot rent, water is paid to the park with your lot rent. The lot rent and water combined runs right at $530 per month. JEA is the electricity company in which you will use for the power.
