Tenant MUST notify the owner of its intention to extend the lease at least two months (60 days) before its expiration date. The lease will then automatically be renewed for periods of 12 months. Without the 60-day lease renewal request the current lease will expire/end as it is mentioned under the Term of the lease. There will be NO mail or written notice of expiration or natural term end to be provided by the owners. In case of lease Term violation or breach of contract or association rules violation a 2-week notice of termination will be in writing provided and will be effective on the date of the notice.
