    Small two bedroom apartment above a three car garage (garage is for landlord use only), washer/dryer hookup, we do not supply washer or dryer. $700 plus utilities. Landlord pays for cold water. Assigned parking for two vehicles. NO SMOKING or VAPING, BIRDS, DOGS, RABBITS, FERRETS. Other animals possibly allowed with additional rent and pet security. Limit 1 cat (must be spayed/neutered before allowed in apartment), additional rent $20/month, $300 refundable pet security. Maximum Occupancy: 2 Adults, 1 child. We have an application process and require a reference/credit check. Lease is month to month automatic renewal, 30 day written notice required. Before an appointment is scheduled please answer the questions below. How many people will be living in the apartment? Number of adults? Children? College students? What are your normal working hours? How many smokers/vapors? Do you have pets/animals? If so, what are they and how many of each? Why are you moving? How long have you lived in your current residence? Do you rent? Own? Do you have funds available for the security deposit and first month's rent? Are you able to pay the rent on the 1st of the month? Will your former and current landlord provide a reference? Are you willing to provide a current credit check report? Do you have any questions? Below is information you may want to consider before scheduling an appointment to view the apartment. We want to be sure everyone in the building can respect each other. If you tend to entertain late evenings or after midnight this apartment would not be a good fit for you. We do not allow dogs, rabbits, ferrets, birds please don't ask if we would all expectations, the answer will be no. Limit 1 cat, spayed/neutered, additional rent and pet security. Security (including pet security if applicable) and first month's rent is due at the time of signing of lease/ move-in, no exceptions or vouchers. Utilities must be in the tenant's name on or before day of move-in, no exceptions. Our goal as landlords is to provide a quiet and clean living environment for all occupants of the building.
