Aloha. Upon entering our families home, it's easy to see that this unit at Puamana is different from the rest. Being completely redone, this property boasts of a spacious floorplan, brand new 12X24 in. tile floors throughout the downstairs, remodeled bathrooms and a custom MonkeyPod table from Two Froggs. With all furniture included, the Cal/King bed downstairs, 2 queen beds upstairs and both couches having fold out queen beds, it allows for 10 to sleep comfortably. The kitchen, with its open floor plan, is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes and additional kitchen items with appliances under 3 years old. As properties go this is as toothbrush ready as it gets. HAVE I MENTIONED THE INDOOR CLIMBING WALL?? OH YES.... THE ONLY INDOOR CLIMBIMG WALL ON THE N. SHORE!!! Whether its your kids, or the kid in you, you have to see this!!!!! And then climb it. Our community Puamana, "bird of paradise", is located as good as it gets here in Princeville. Being walking distance from the park, stores, and restaurants you can quickly get to everything without being anywhere close to the noise of the main road. Anini Beach is a 7 minute walk downhill and Hanalei Bay is 10 minutes by car. The pool was recently remodeled and all of the roofs have already begun to be REPLACED!!(see private remarks) Besides the open grassy areas, first class location and the trade breezes, Puamana has a community-family aspect that is very hard to find anymore. So whether its moving to our beautiful island to be our new neighbor or wanting a property that is ready to generate income instantly....this one is IT! Mahalo.
