Decided to lease and no longer operate it as an AirBNB, as I will be moving to Ajijic, Mexico. Next door neighbor down the road, will be the property manager, she will be able to assist you with anything during your lease duration. I will be available 24/7 whilst in Mexico by text, cell or e-mail. Normally Casita de Chuparosa rents for $180 a night for 2 persons and rate higher for additional persons. I will rent it for $2000 a month (6+ month lease) or $2500 a month, (no lease) plus electric, propane, dish tv and high speed wifi. Electric runs about $100-$250 per month depending on heater / AC usage in 3 rooms, Propane runs about $25 a month for water heater and stove. Rooms can be closed off too for less heat and AC usage. Owner will pay water and trash. Pets possibly okay, depending on size and how many. Cats have never been allowed in Casita as a vacation home rental, but possibly okay with long term tenants/lease. Negotiable. Available after November 1 $2000 a month 6 month+ lease or $2500 a month, month to month with no lease. Both rates plus utilities. First, last and $1000 security deposit.
