Apt is in a well maintained, typical Cantabrigian red brick 4-story historical building. Very quiet building and friendly neighbors. Not wheelchair accessible. Apartment is on 3rd floor. NO ELEVATOR. Suitable for individuals who can handle stairs and carrying luggage without discomfort. We CANNOT assist with carrying luggage. Laundry machines available in building basement. $2 per wash and $2 for drying (use quarters only). Additional apartment cleaning service can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
