I'm so happy to be renting out my home, while I'm away for 2-3 months! (Option to extend for the right fit). Fully furnished. Cozy up by the fireplace in a pile of pillows, relax on the couch or read/create in one of the living room nooks or in the garage art/office space. Two warmly unique bedrooms + one optional bedroom/office. There is a bathroom in the master bedroom and a large guest bath off the hallway for the 2nd/3rd bedroom to share. Open floor plan kitchen and living room allows you to cook and socialize and host with loads of seating along a HUGE center kitchen island. Enormous fenced backyard. Walking distance to coffee shops, bars, river, downtown, beautiful sunset hikes. Home gym or dancing space in the garage and plenty of storage in the adjoining shed. Feb 1st, Feb 6th, Feb 15th or March 1st Start Date, for 1-3 months. 1-2 months preferable. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. The monthly rental price reflects that as utilities can be as high as $300 - $500 in cold winter months. Plus, cords of wood for the fireplace included. There's a cute neighborhood to stroll in, a dog park and view points/great hikes in walking distance, plus some of the best cocktail lounges, coffee shops and new 5 star iron chef restaurant (along with myriad others) just around the corner! There's a shuttle pick up to the mountain or a 3 min drive/15 min walk to downtown. The location is unbeatable. If you're familiar with Bend, you know. If you're not, ask a friend who knows :) I feel really blessed and will provide you with a list of all my favorite nearby spots! I've arranged it so both the master and guest rooms have their own little desks for calls or journaling, as well as reading chairs, making each room it's own oasis. There is a 3rd bedroom that is currently a flex option (office or bedroom). It has a chair that opens to a single bed for a 5th person, or I can put down a full size width japanese mattress as well. Currently, it's a great office space and music room with a huge whiteboard for brainstorming. Perfect for families, remote workers, or a group get away. The open layout of the living room and kitchen is wonderful for hosting or sharing time. Plenty of seating or area's for cozying up by the fire. I have games and amazing books galore for your use and the kitchen will also be fully stocked. (I live here - it is not a staged rental - but I will be gone for 2 months so I will put clothes in storage so you have the full closets at your disposal :) Everything else I'm happy to share: blankets, books, cooking spices :) There are loads of plants! Which makes the space feel alive and nourishing. If you book for a full month or two we can talk about watering (easy, once a week :) There's a large dog crate set up in the living room along with a huge cozy dog bed PLUS the spacious yard! Currently, it's winter ha, so those green grass photos look nothing like the yard - I have a few from right now so you get a sense of what it really looks like now. There is a wood fired jacuzzi. This takes about 30 min to fill and 4-5 hours to heat, but it is fun and chemical free. Also a great fire pit and adirondack chairs for winter nights under the stars. Plenty of wood stocked for the fire place that you are welcome to. Coffee, teas, a deep bathtub... I could go on. It's just a great place to spend winter. I will miss it this time around, but am so looking forward to finding wonderful people to soak it in! Last, there's a spacious gym/dancing space in the garage plus an additional office/creative space for remote workers and a heater if needed for those really cold days (insulated garage doors). Also a washer and dryer in the garage. (The tenant that lives in the studio above the garage (totally separate entrance on the other side of the property) shares the washer and dryer.) 2 dedicated driveway spots just for you, along with parking that is always available right out front. Dogs are welcome! Small, medium or large. If more than one dog, that's fine, but let's chat as I will likely charge an additional fee for cleaning. Security deposit is negotiable - I'm more of a "you break it, you buy it" and trusting that we are capable of figuring it out through honest and open communication. I've never had issues with any renters.
