There is speedy wifi (no TV), plenty of great books, a full kitchen, bed, desk & a futon that opens to a bed. Fully furnished. A huge private patio that doubles the size of the studio & separate entrance. Huge locked storage space available underneath the deck for outdoor gear/extra storage. Extra bike available upon request and washer and dryer in garage can be shared. (Utilities included). You are adjacent to the main house, but have no shared walls and a very private separate entrance and yard area that is only yours.
