We have community Barbecues (coal and propane) on site which tenant(s) are free to use during the summer and early fall months. The apartment unit is set back on the property (meaning it is not abutting a roadway - so it is serene and quiet). The front door opens up to an entryway in which we just installed a wood flooring carevout that has sufficient space for a shoe bin/rack so you can leave your shoes at the door & avoid tracking dirt into the unit. The spacious living room, newly carpeted is equipped with a working fireplace (we just installed a new fireplace frame & glass doors to modernize it)... there is sufficient space above the fireplace mantel & in between the new glass bubble sconces to install a flat screen television. The living room also overlooks a semi-private lawn and garden beds through a large 3 panel windows under which there is a wooden ledge (that could be outfitted with a large window cushion to relax on or to house several plants as there is a good amount of sunlight that lights up the apartment). As you head toward the dining room (also newly carpetted and outfitted with a new LED light ceiling fan) you will arrive at double paned sliding doors leading to a private balcony that is large enought to fit a table, a couple of chairs and potted plants. The bedroom, which is also newly carpeted, a overlooks rock walls/garden beds through a 3 panelled windows structure. We just installed a new closet system and there is plenty of space to add additional hardware should you choose to do so. The kitchen has tiled floors, brand new stainless steel appliances (i.e., a gas oven/stove, dishwasher, and fridge.) We also just installed new butcher block countertops, stainless steel sink, an LED pull out faucet, glass mosaic tile backsplsh, a new LED ceiling light fixture. The refinished wood cabients have modern hardware and there is plenty of cabinet space. The bathroom is also tiled, has a bathtub/shower combo, a new hand-held showerhead assembly, a brand-new vanity, new vanity light fixtures, a new Bluetooth enabled ceiling light/exhaust fan. The Hallway is equipped with super bright bubble glasss modern sconces. There is an alcove in the Hallway between the bathroom and bedroom that contains washer/gas dryer hook-ups if tenant(s) which to procure their own laundry machines for the Unit. If not, we plan on installing a few sets of washers and dryers on the bottom floor our other apartment building only steps away at 57 Congers Road by the end of the year with keyed access to the laundry machines will be available for an extra monthly fee upon request once the machines are installed. The apartment also comes with an enourmous attached private garage that can fit 2 compact cars or 1 car/SUV and storage. Tenant(s) may also use one (1) parking space in the attached on-site parking lot. Our pet policy permits up to two (2) Cat(s) (maximum 2) provided that the tenant(s) pay an additional pet rental fee and sign a Pet Rider with the Lease. Our office is located in a separate building onsite at 3 Old School House Road; therefore, we are generally available to address the needs of all tenant(s) quickly. There is also a lockbox outside our office where tenant(s) can deposit their rent checks 24/7. We only show our apartments by appointment.
