The home is equipped with new TVs in each room and DVD players. A gas fireplace in the living room adds warmth, and the newer, comfortable furniture ensures relaxation. The home also includes a garage for your convenience. A private hot tub and deck with BBQ and comfortable patio furniture allow you to enjoy the outdoors. For families with small children, a portable crib and high chair are available. Pets are allowed with prior approval and a $15 per night pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated or kenneled. Located just a short 0.25-mile walk to the SHARC or Fort Rock Park, this home is close to tennis courts, golf, and the Sunriver Village Mall, where you'll find shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. There are 5 adult and 2 youth bikes available to explore the miles of paved bike trails throughout Sunriver. Please bring your own helmets. Fort Rock Park is just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the home. This home has air conditioning and sleeps 10. Pets are allowed only with prior approval and a $15 per night pet fee.
