This is the third house from the beach near the south end of the boardwalk, the nicest part of Rehoboth. You can walk to everything and come home to peace and quiet. No parking meters , your own resident parking passes and a two car driveway. Our family has owned this house since 1967. It is three stories tall. When the trees were trimmed you could see the ocean and the ships from the top floor, which is a large bedroom/open area. The sound of the waves crashing will put you to sleep at night. This is an original beach house from that era. It is due for some updating. There is room in the rear for an addition. This is also an absolute prime lot for new construction.
