Landlord will come about every 4 months with a filter replacement and check items around the home. 2 pet maximum with an upfront nonrefundable fee of $300 per pet. Parking in the gravel area only. Security deposit is $1500 plus first month's rent $1100, so $2600 needed to be approved and move in without pets. Add $300 per pet fee, max 2 pets. $40 fee per applicant for credit and background check once you are prequalified and we both want to proceed with application.
