There is one laundry room per floor, not located inside the apartment. Guests are welcome to use these facilities at a cost of $2.50 per load. The property may include a noise alert monitoring system to ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected. No electronic video or audio surveillance is present on the interior of the unit. Any sound crossing a property line at an unreasonably loud volume is unlawful within the city, as per the City Noise Ordinance, Chapter 100 of the Hollywood Code of Ordinance. The apartment is not suitable for pets, smoking, or parties. All guests need to sign the vacation rental agreement.
