My home is in the perfect location it has a great view of water and public fishing dock and at the same time it is on high ground and sits back far so u never have to worry about flooding. There is a big hill to the southwest and house is dug in on that side too Tornadoes go northeast and will not hit this home. This home would make a great bed/breakfast or place for people to get married and celebrate In the past we had a full house almost every Sunday There is room to build another home and it would also be on the water front. ( 3 lots) the garden spot is very good We would grow vegetables in all 4 seasons. The fishing is very good ark game and fish stock the lake We are slowly removing furniture and will soon paint inside of home (white) and put in brighter lights but we will raise price after painting
