The upper level is complete with a lovely outside deck with a high-top patio set for 6 plus a couple of lounge chairs to catch the Hilton Head rays and fresh ocean air. We call the lower level our 'Teen Cave' but it's just a great place to chill. There are 2 extra bedrooms and a shared bath to augment your accommodations. The area is a great place to catch 'the game' on the 55" TV while the kids watch cartoons in one of the other rooms, or enjoy a little ping pong in the screened-in porch. There is a large game table for the family to enjoy their favorite board game or just playing cards. In the evening, the fire pit is a great gathering place for the family. The Mid-Island Folly Field area of Hilton Head, located between Palmetto Dunes Resort and Port Royal Plantation, offers close proximity to uncrowded Atlantic Ocean beaches, restaurants, shopping, family entertainment centers and Hilton Head Island's top activities and attractions.
