Location is amazing! 8 min drive to downtown, 8 min drive to airport! 13 min drive to OSU campus. Bishop Square condo community is across the street from: Bexley pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, Jeffrey Mansion, Nelson Park, CoGO bike share, 7 and 10 bus, and Alum Creek trail (great for biking). Condo is fully furnished, though owners are open to remove most or all of furniture, depending on lease agreement. All yard maintenance included in rent (professionally managed by association). Cleaning can be arranged for a small fee. Unfortunately, the condo association does not allow any pets (other than fish and service animals).
