Pioneer Bluff is located 5 blocks south of campus. It is close to downtown and campus. There are eight 3-bedroom/2-bathroom apartments each having an additional area for an office/den that can also be used as a 4th bedroom. Each apartment is large and spacious. There are two large storage areas in each apartment. Each bedroom has an ethernet port access for cable, Dish or Direct TV. Each apartment has its own free washer and dryer in a separate utility room. We have just added video surveillance for your comfort and safety.
