Guests can enjoy the home on their own, with a full team available 24/7 to help as needed. The Dogwood Carriage House is next to another rental, the Dogwood Cabin. Neither unit has a garage, but there are designated parking areas for each cabin. The number of people at the property should not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, and no events such as parties or large gatherings are allowed. No smoking or vaping is permitted in the home or on the decks, and an additional charge will be applied if any butts are found on the property. Please turn all exterior lights off at night, and drive slowly in the neighborhood. A maximum of two licensed vehicles is allowed in the driveway. No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. Please do not burn candles or incense in the home, and no fireworks are allowed on the premises. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. Fines will apply for violations, including leaving garbage in the house or litter on the grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in the house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of hot tub, or violations of local laws. A minimum $500 fine will be applied for smoking, vaping, or marijuana use in the house, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
