There is also laundry provided in the unit and newly replaced heating and air conditioning unit. The condo is primarily unfurnished, with plenty of closet and storage space and a back deck. The deposit is required before moving in and rent will be due on the 1st of each month. The rules of the home are listed below along with the amount of the deposit and monthly rent. If the tenant or landlord decides to end the tenancy either person is required to give a 30-day written notice to allow sufficient time to make the necessary accommodations.
