The security deposit is $700, with $550 being refundable provided that the condo is left in good condition. We allow two animals, under 20lbs, in select units with a $300 non-refundable pet fee, per pet, and $25 monthly pet rent, per pet. There is a $50 application fee, per person, payable by money order only. Anyone living in the unit over the age of 18 does have to apply. All applicants do have to meet Signal View requirements. There are credit and background checks - all credit accounts do have to be in good standing. Employment and income are verified - Signal View uses an income to debt ratio (monthly debt has to be less than 50% of the monthly income).
