There is a desk for remote work, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer in unit. Note, there isn't an elevator and the apartment is 3 flights up. RENTAL REQUIREMENTS We require a $20 application fee and will conduct a background check for all applicants. To sign a sublease we ask for the full rent and a security deposit.
