This river bottom farm was split from a larger tract and yields were comingled so all I can tell you is corn last year (2019)was right at 200 bushels per acre As it was just split there is no tax bill on the property for 2019....rate for area is 6.98933 I marked zoning as Agricultural as that is current use but legal zoning is conservation Irrigation rig on property can be purchased from current tenant at reasonable price
