Income must be 3 times the rent and no eviction history. background checks will be mandatory and must be able to sign a lease without the need for a co-signor. my family is allergic and unfortunately pets are not allowed including service animals. Tenant is responsible for water, gas, electricity,lawn mowing and internet. Owner pays for pest management and termite control. Strictly no pets. Must obtain a proper tenant insurance. Any form of smoking is not allowed (including and not limited to cigarettes, e-cig, vapes, hookah, meth, marijuana or any other recreational drugs).
