APPLICATION CRITERIA Income Requirement: Proof of income (pay-slip from prior month) must be presented from all co-applicants and total income must be minimum 3x monthly rent. Credit History: Minimum credit score of 720 per applicant, 100% on time payments for each applicant Rental History: No past evictions In line with WA state law, completed rental applications submitted via Zillow will be reviewed in the order that they are received and assessed based on the application criteria above. LEASE TERMS $4,250/month rent does not include monthly utilities. A separate fixed rate of $250/month will be charged to renter to cover: Electricity, Water, Sewage, Garbage, and Wi-Fi. This fixed rate is required for leases that are less than 12 months. Minimum lease term is 6 months. Maximum lease term is 12 months. If you are signing a 12-month lease and would prefer to set up utilities in your name and pay directly instead, this can be arranged instead of paying the fixed rate to landlord with monthly rent.
