It is one block from Redwood Regional Park. There is a separate private entrance with a large, fully fenced backyard, deck and beautiful trees. Additional storage is located in the shared basement area. We will require a one year lease and are very open to long-term tenants. The rent is $2650. and PG+E varies between $75.- $150. All other utilities are included. A one month deposit is required as well as a credit report. The initial lease duration is for 1 year and are open to long-term tenants.
