The roomy covered patio is the perfect place to grab your morning beverage and enjoy the peaceful sound of birds singing, while being cooled by the outdoor fan. Each bathroom is appointed with a large rain-shower head, upscale newly remodeled tile and fixtures, lighted and heated mirrors, and ample vanity space. Enjoy a spa-like experience in the primary bedroom ensuite that boasts a soaking tub, walk in shower and a large double vanity. Subsequent payments are due every 30 days on the same move in date. Pets are not allowed without the express written permission of the owner in advance. Rental is mid-term, up to 6 months at a time. Lease extension may be negotiated near end of the lease term. Renter consents to monthly inspections by local agent which will be scheduled in advance at the renter's convenience. The pool will be empty unless the renter requests to use it in which case there will be a one-time filling and set-up fee of $100 then a monthly maintenance fee of $100. For stays over 90 days: Propane fee will be charged if use is excessive and requires the propane tank to be refilled frequently. Electricity fees will be charged if usage exceeds $50 per month on top of solar energy generation. Hot tub fee is included in the rent. Parking for two vehicles is allowed in the driveway and not on the road. Additional vehicle parking is not allowed without written permission from the owner. Visitor over night stay may not exceed 3 nights without written permission from the owner. Number of guests and the names of all adult guests must be disclosed on the rental agreement. Smoking is not not allowed on the property. Renter is responsible for bringing out the garbage, recycling and yard waste carts every Monday evening for Tuesday pickup and returning them to the driveway after pickup. Renter is responsible for keeping the yard free from trash.
