The application will also ask for the ages and relationship to the applicant. * There is a $300 cleaning, and a pet fee of $250 per pet (if applicable) and a damage protection fee ($100.00). All fees are non-refundable. Once the lease is signed, you will be asked to provide 1st months rent and any fees (cleaning, damage protection, and applicable pet fees) within 10 days of lease signature.
