Nester's grocery store is 3 minutes walk away, SFU swimming pool, sauna, tennis court are 10 min walk away, primary school, children's daycare (kindergarden), school bus are 5 min. walk away,  rapid bus station connecting with Vancouver downtown and other busses connecting to sky train, which connects with most Greater Vancouver locations are 5 min. walking distance.
