We are currently looking for someone to take over our lease (moving for my job). We are vacating before the end of this month but will have rent paid through June 15th. We are in a 1bd/1ba; about 700 sqft. Lots of natural light. There's a walk-in closet that we are currently using as a small office area. In the pictures, you can see we installed closets in the bedroom. The bedroom can fit a king, we have a queen. We installed all the shelving and can take or leave that for you. All of the windows have a nice ledge for sitting or placing items. The apartment includes one off street parking and a nice outdoor space. Pets are allowed for a one time flat fee. No broker fee. There's a bus stop just a minute from the door. The bus stop has 3 bus lines that go straight to Port Authority. I used to get to work in midtown within a half hour. The area is walkable. We can hop and skip over to CVS across the street for random things or walk over to Edgewater Promenade shopping center. There's also a cute little pizza place a few doors over.
