A government issued ID is required for all parties on the lease. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have TVs. The sunroom is large and comfortable with 7 windows to enjoy the backyard view. The bedrooms and baths are at opposite ends of the house for total privacy when you have guests. A pocket door separates the guest area from the rest of the home. There is garage parking for one car and the golf cart. The driveway has parking for 4 vehicles. There are 2 screened lanais (one in the front of the house and one in the rear) . The backyard is very private due to a tall wall between you and the rear neighbors. It is very quiet, and the yard is a generous size. The washer and dryer are inside, not in the garage. Updates for 2025: new washing machine; freshly shampooed carpet,; new furniture, ceiling fan and lamps in guest bedroom; new paint and ceiling fan in sunroom; home, garage and lanais power washed; new display cabinet in primary bath and new outside table on front lanai.
