Freshly painted two-room suite furnished with 2 beds, shower and toilet in bath, with all following items being new: kitchen cabinets, full-sized refrigerator, under-the-counter microwave, two burner electric stove-top. We are dog-friendly with pet fees, entire facility is no-smoking, guest laundry on the premises and all bills are paid (except for possible trash services). We rent out on a month-to-month basis, payable up front. All bills are paid by owner which includes electric and water. There are no trash collection fees if you take it to the dumpster yourselves. Toilet paper and trash bags may be purchased at the office. There are vending machine; one for snacks and one for soda.
