The backside of the counter facing the living room has storage cabinets behind waterfall glass doors in the center flanked by wood doors on each end. The area behind the refrigerator on the living room side has a arched cubby that has been fitted with a custom built-in base cabinet, counter, and 4 shelves with side lighting. The base cabinet top and backsplash are matching decorative tile. The living room, dining room and kitchen have crown molding added as well as colonial moulding around the dining room, living room, breakfast room windows and doors. The breakfast room also has chair rail on one wall. The outer entry ceiling and lanai ceiling have been remodeled with solid Florida Cypress tongue and groove planking and sealed with pecan stain and polyurethane. There are custom half shutter blinds in the office/den and bedrooms. The Master bath access to the lanai has full length shutter blinds. The laundry room has custom cabinets above the washer drier and base cabinets with a small counter, overhead cabinets and 1 full length floor to ceiling cabinet which all serve as the pantry.
