If you want to see the laundry room, go past the staircase, go up one step and it will be 1st door on your left. The studio offers the following amenities: Laminate flooring throughout, white ceiling fan on remote control, new custom wood work and paint, garden window with white tile ledge, electric fireplace and heater, large closet with mirrored sliding closet doors and double dowel rack system to hang additional clothes and shelving on the left hand side, kitchen with white tile counters and white cabinets, 20" electric range oven, stainless steel refer with automatic icemaker with cabinets built around it and white tile counter with plug for microwave and/or coffee pot.
