Heating & Cooling Portable A/C unit is available for use within the Main Bedroom. Please ensure the hose is hooked up to the window and the unit is plugged in before utilizing it. Please utilize the portable heater in the second bedroom/office if you need a heat source in that room. Please DO NOT utilize the thermostat dial on the wall as the heating vent is blocked by the bed. The vent will get hot and could become a fire hazard. If the temperatures drop below freezing (32 degrees F) please ensure that all heaters are set to 60 degrees inside and the water spigot covers are on to ensure that the pipes do not freeze & burst. Pets Properly dispose of all pet waste, as needed Please DO NOT allow pets to relieve themselves on the rooftop. The rooftop drains underneath the deck and is extremely hard to disinfect. Any pets found relieving themselves inappropriately will be subject to an additional fee of $50 and will be subject to pet deposit surrender. City of Seattle Leash Law: All animals (except cats and pigeons) are required to be on leash within the City of Seattle. Animals may not run loose anywhere in Seattle except for designated off-leash areas. Westcrest Park (0.7mi) away has an off-leash area nearby and available for use Laundry Washer: Please ensure that the washer door is open when not in use to dry out and prevent any mold build up. Dryer: Please clean out the lint catcher after every use to mitigate any hazards and allow the dryer to work at optimal performance levels. Kitchen Drain Please do not pour oil/grease down the kitchen sink and do not put solids down the drain. Walls Please refrain from adding any new holes into the walls due to electrical wiring & piping within that could be punctured. This includes gas lines and plumbing which could potentially cause severe damage. Note: Any new holes (filled/open) will result in an additional charge ($25 per hole) and additional charges could be accrued for potential long-term damages.
