There is a MTS bus stop right across the street that goes to UTC and then UCSD. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Pool and gym access and plenty of other amenities. The rent will be 690 for EACH room NOT including utilities.Looking for clean, polite, responsible college student or working professional.
