Rent is due the 1st of each month - first months rent will be pro-rated. Tenant will be able to register each year for two pool passes through the BFCA at the start of each season, there is no cost for the pool passes. Tenant is responsible for purchasing a small trash can. Per BFCA Trash Policy, trash cans cannot be stored at the front of the house or on the front porch (can store on the side of the building or on the back deck). Trash can must be hard sided and have a lid. Recycling bins are available from the BFCA office, no charge. Tenant is responsible for electric, sewer and trash are paid by the BFCA.
