The driveway offers ample parking, and the condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, ensuring everyone has their own space to relax and recharge. As you step inside the villa, retro and relaxed decor, abundant natural light, and an open space living area welcome guests. The well-appointed kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table or take them outside to savor the fresh sea breeze on the private balcony. The living area features cozy seating and is perfect for gathering with loved ones, whether you're watching a movie or sharing stories from your day. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to provide a restful night's sleep, with ample storage and comfortable bedding. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, dresser, closet, private balcony, TV, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The guest bedroom with elevated ceiling, dresser, chair, closet, and TV offers two twin beds. There is access to the full bath with shower tub combo via the bedroom or the hallway by the kitchen. Upstairs, the loft area has two twin beds and a private balcony that overlooks the Sealoft villas and acclaimed Ocean Winds golf course. Your stay also includes use of 4 beach chairs, 4 bicycles, a crab trap, a boogie board, and some sand toys. A bike pump is there too, guests responsible for pumping tires with air should they need it. As of 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association has now started charging a fee of $40 per gate pass. This fee applies to guests staying 1 night to 179 nights. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers will be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. Optional Seabrook Island Club access with purchase of club Amenity Card. Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis, and award-winning golf. The cards are $50 per day per family. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. The property is surrounded by lush landscapes and offers easy access to nearby beaches. A boardwalk to access the beach is within walking distance. For those looking to explore, the vibrant city of Charleston is just a short drive away, offering rich history, exquisite dining, and unique shopping experiences. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa during their stay. There is parking in the carport and common lot area, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze. There is parking for two vehicles. No pets permitted. No smoking or vaping. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. While self check-in makes the arrival process simple, we offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our team can provide self-check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone. A minimum age of 23 is required for guests making a reservation.
