This two-bedroom apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, just 2 blocks off main street. There is off street parking available for each tenant. There is a shared laundry room in the building. We are not approved for section 8 at this time. Each tenant must first view the apartment before applications will be accepted. Full background checks and income verification must be completed prior to a lease being issued. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. The owner pays for the grass and snow maintenance.
