Common areas include a living room, kitchen, laundry room, 2nd shared bathroom, and backyard, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy the home. There is also space available for storage. The household includes two small dogs, and cats whom are NOT free roaming. (So they won't be rushing to the door when you come in) The only time they are in common areas is when they are in transit from my bedroom to my office when I allow them out. If you're comfortable around pets but don't want to be surrounded by them this setup may work for you! You will have your own raised garden-bed in the back available for any gardening you may wish to do. The two sink bathroom will be shared with 1 other person. There is also a 1/2 bath downstairs that is also shared. There will be only 3 total occupants (including you) residing in the home at any given time. I am a solo-gal that stays to myself, does not play loud music, respects others privacy, does not engage in political discussions, and rarely has guests over. I work M-F & work from home just 1 day a week, and I do not smoke anything ever. That being said: there is no smoking allowed on the the property. This home is near bus lines and has multiple walking paths in the area. Available to 1 person only. Please note: Renters are allowed one or 2 cats, but no dogs.
