    Beautiful house a few blocks from Safeway and Shoreline transit. PETS OK! We have 1 bedroom available now, in a nice 6BR/3BA SFH. 1.5 miles from Google and about 3/4 of a mile from 101/85, also near 237. NOTE: Bedroom #1 has been rented. Only Bedroom #2 below is still available. Also, Please NOTE, no really short-term or summer rentals, sorry. Due to large number of people looking for short-term rentals despite our earlier warnings that we don't do them, we will no longer respond to these. Utilities are included! Bedroom #1 is a very long BR with space for a desk/office! It is about 120 sft, and is 16 ft 8 in x 7 ft. While this is on the narrow side for beds, it does allow for a desk or office adjacent to the bed, which is great. Room is normally $1330/mo but is being discounted to $1288/mo for someone signing a lease starting in April. Bedroom #2 should be available around April 26 and is about 150 sft, with a clear space of about 10 ft x 11 ft, in addition to a standard sized closet. It is $1480/mo. but is being discounted to $1450/mo. for someone signing a lease starting in July. For both BRs, you would share 2 full bathrooms with 4 other bedrooms. House is on a loop street so it is VERY quiet with virtually no thru-traffic! Just about the only people who need to enter the street are those living there. It's much like a cul-de-sac and kids play in the street on weekends, with no known crime in the house the past 5 years. The house is on a large internal corner lot at 6700 sft so there is more yard space for you and your pets to enjoy! Large areas of the back yard actually look like a park and are left in their natural state to be more animal-friendly. There are 2 dogs in this house. More cats or dogs should be fine if they're well-behaved and clean get along with the dogs that are there now.
