This area can be used as a bedroom, office, storage, etc. This house has central air conditioning with the exception of the second-floor area. A window unit must be used in this area. There is a working unit there currently, but Owner will not be replacing if it stops working. In the basement you will find plenty of storage as well as a single-car garage underneath the house. This will fit a small vehicle. There is a washer and dryer here currently that is not warranted by the Owner. This home has oil heat and well water. Tenant is responsible for arranging and paying for oil heat, electric, sewer bill and trash pick-up. The Owner includes a dehumidifier in the basement. The Tenant is responsible for snow removal and lawn care. There is currently a mower there that Owner will check spark plugs, etc. one time per year. If mower stops working, the tenant must purchase their own. $2,100.00 per month $2,100.00 security deposit 18-month lease is required. Renter's Insurance is required. Application fee is required.
