Bathroom with shower and laundry, kitchen with area for a smaller table and chairs and is open to living room. Storage under stairs is available. Garage space is large enough for one car. Private apartment entry through the garage. Manager lives onsite and shares garage and driveway. Manager and Owner do need access to apartment due to hot water heater, outside water, boiler and electrical panel being located in lower unit. Renter will be notified of any need to access these items ahead of entry to apartment unless the need for access is emergent. Rental agreement is for 1 (one) year terms and renewal is by landlord approval. Rent includes utilities and garbage. No pets allowed, No smoking allowed and Absolutely No Drug Use Allowed. If pets are found or drug use is seen or there are signs of use, lease will be terminated immediately and renter will be notified of requirement to move out within 24 hours of notice by landlord.
