This home is close to Barfield Cresent Park, shopping and restaurants, it is also only a few minutes off of Exit 81. The yard is large and partially fenced. Tenant Applicant Requirements: 1.) You must complete a written and online application. 2.) You must be willing to complete a background and credit check. 3.) You must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver?s license. 4.) You must have a valid Social Security number. 5.) You must have a prior rental history, prior home ownership, or a cosigner with past rental or home ownership history. 6.) Your gross monthly income must be at least three times the monthly rental amount. 7.) You must be willing to submit a copy of your most recent three months of bank statements. If bank statements do not show income, you must also submit your most recent pay stub in addition to the most recent 3 months of bank statements. 8.) Pets are allowed with a non-refundable fee. We have a 2 pet maximum. 9.) There is no smoking allowed in the home. Smoking on porch is allowed. 10.) There is a six person maximum allowed to reside in the home. 11.)
