Also located literally right across the Marine Barracks AKA 24/7 armed guards! Very safe and nice neighborhood. Located about 2 blocks from Eastern Market metro. The Apartment: 2 bedroom apartment, literally the last affordable place in the area. Huge living room, kitchen, shared bathroom. Central A/C and heat. Washer dryer in apartment (huge bonus). Off street parking. The place is managed by Yarmouth Mgmt. They are great, very responsive and fix any issues the next day. The Roommate: Late twenties guy, works in DC. Lived here for a few years. Very easy going and laid back. Normal work schedule. You: Guy or girl (I've lived with both in this apartment). Easy going, no drama. Looking for someone easy to live with I can grab a beer with every once in a while (no hermits). Also, someone fully employed. Looking to show the place ASAP after work.
