The rooms have ample closet space, luggage racks, dressers, night stands with lights and charging cords/ports. The house has heat and AC and ceiling fans. The back yard + patio has a fenced in yard, patio furniture, and grill. The property owner lives nearby in case of any emergencies or needs and is available by phone or text. All monthly charges include rent + electricity, water, garbage, internet + lawn care maintenance. Rent is due the 1st of the month, a late fee will be incurred after the 5th of the month. Renter is responsible for garbage + recycle bins to the street every week and snow removal of the sidewalk + property. Parking available in the driveway and street.
