Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with area rugs and original artwork & photography by both of the owners. The rooms have ample closet space, luggage racks, dressers, night stands with lights and charging cords/ports. The house has heat and AC and ceiling fans. The back yard + patio has a fenced in yard, patio furniture, and grill. The property owner lives nearby in case of any emergencies or needs and is available by phone or text. All monthly charges include rent + electricity, water, garbage, internet + lawn care maintenance. Rent is due the 1st of the month, a late fee will be incurred after the 5th of the month. Renter is responsible for garbage + recycle bins to the street every week and snow removal of the sidewalk + property. Parking available in the driveway and street. Pets are negotiable at this property- max 2 small pets or max 1 large pet allowed. $200 non-refundable pet deposit, along with a $60/month pet fee. No animals are allowed on furniture. Please be responsible and pick up after your pets. No smoking is permitted inside the home, ever. A $1,000 fee will be incurred if smoking is suspected. Minimum 1 month, maximum 6 month; can be flexible if 6+ months are needed. This home operates as a short term rental in the months between April/May to September/October- again, flexibility and guarantees of extensions are based upon projected bookings. Depending on the start/end month will depend on current future STR bookings for this home in the upcoming years. (will need to discuss with the landlord upon application). Home comes fully furnished- if any additional (smaller) furniture is needed in the home, the renter needs to submit a request and cleared by the landlord first.
